Check-in time is 3hours prior to flight departure time. Check-in counter closes 1hour to departure time.
Baggage Allowance is 30 KGS PER PERSON for economy class and 40KGS for business class and 7 KGS hand luggage.
Any Excess luggage will be charged at the rate of $1.5 per kg.
Tickets once issued are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE
The amendment fee for change of travel date is USD $30 and ticket duration is only 3month from the date of issue.
NO-SHOWS FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Passengers shall comply with government travel requirements and must present entry or exit documents as required by the regulator. Arrive at the airport at a time as required by the carrier to be able to complete the required check in procedures.
Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passangers and baggage with reasonable dispatch.
Any passanger holding Kenyan passport requires somali Visa Approval.
